Orix Properties Pakistan Private Limited was established in 2007 and it has recently undertaken its first project of luxury serviced apartments in Lahore, Pakistan. The purpose of the Company is to build and manage real estate related businesses in Pakistan and the surrounding region. Orix Properties Pakistan would develop and manage such value-added projects, as part of a portfolio. The company will start with small and medium sized projects, however, will add larger and longer term ventures in its portfolio, such as customized retail outlets, shopping malls, apartment buildings, custom-built office blocks, mid-range motels/hotels, entertainment and banqueting facilities, warehouses and small housing compounds.
